Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online to the IB Summer Associate program at Goldman Sachs in São Paulo. I was invited for a phone interview where I talked to two members of the IBD team. The questions were the basic tell me about yourself, why GS, but also how I felt about going to work in Brazil after an MBA in Europe. There were difficult financial modeling questions related to P&L, BS and CF, how to build them, tax implications and more.
