1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through on campus coffee chat process, had 4 coffee chats with people in the consumer team in addition to an invite only dinner and company presentation. Had an on campus 1st round interview 2 on 1 with 2 md's. Combination of resume walk through, behaviourals and technicals regarding a dcf model going wrong. Followed this up with a virtual superday 2 days later. 3 back to back 20 minute interviews with VPs in multiple groups. All questions technical including deal pitches in all.
