Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After an initial phone screen with a recruiter, I had three back to back in person interviews with a manager, director, and partner. The interviews were all conversational and more of a discussion of the work they are doing and they work I have done. The partner asked me to describe my ideal client engagement and kept pushing me for more specifics.
