Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process consisted of one day of introductory conversations with hiring team (analysts/associates), proceeded by an invite-only drinks evening with full team. The interviews themselves were casual in nature, largely focused on fit questions with a few simple technical questions as well as a number of questions to understand interest in markets / current deals. Following the drinks evening, one-on-one conversation with senior bankers with only top few candidates.
