Summer Investment Banking Analyst

After two days of informational interviews, I was invited to participate in a superday later that we week. The informational interviews were key to making a positive impression and advancing the recruiting process. My superday consisted of one interview in the morning, and then three back-to-back interviews in the afternoon. All interviewers were professional - though the last interviews was designed to put pressure on the candidate. I was fortunate enough to receive an offer the next week, and spent the subsequent summer working for Goldman.
