Summer Operations Analyst

I interviewed for the Operations Summer Analyst Internship at the Goldman SLC office. The Interview process consisted of:
1. Checking in
2. All interviewees were sat in the main common area/kitchen/coffee room
3. Make small talk with other interviewees until your name is called
4. Part 1 of the interview was done by younger employees, I think they were analysts?
5. Asked some questions about why SLC, why Goldman, give an example of when you took charge in a professional setting, what would you do if you couldn't finish an assignment, etc.
6. Part 2 was done by 2 older employees. They went more in depth on my resume, although the questions were mostly behavioral.
7. Finished up with them and I was done

Overall, it was a very simple interview process, probably because it's a BO position, but definitely take it seriously. From what I have heard, everyone interviewing for this position got pretty much the exact same questions. No technical questions were asked.
