Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with a hackerrank test. Very easy; just two questions relating to arrays and string manipulation. After that if you're successful, you have a video interview. 5 questions, 1 minute to prepare for each question, and only one chance to answer each question. Mostly behavioral: how did you choose your major, what would you do if you saw a student posting exam solutions, what do you know about the investment research division, what part of the investment research division are you interested in, etc. After that is a superday which involves technical questions and behavioral. You have 2 45 minute sessions: 2 interviewers for each session and then a networking session at the end.
