I applied for a role online and within 3 days a recruiter emailed me about interviewing. After a few back and forth emails we agreed upon a meeting time.

On the call the recruiter provided an overview of the position and what type of skills they were looking for. She asked me three questions 1) Tell about myself; 2)What are my strengths; and 3)Why GS. We talked about tentative start date and end to end process through background checks. Inquired about roles and levels and salary structure. The recruiter inquired about my salary requirements and advised of the full compensation package potential. The recruiter asked me if I was interviewing elsewhere I told them about few I had in process some on 2nd round. The recruiter advised they would try to move fast so they could put their name in running. The recruiter also mentioned they would do a prelim check to make sure I am able to continue in the hiring process.
