Applied online, heard back from a recruiter about two weeks later for a phone screen. First round was mostly behavioral — why wealth management, why Goldman, resume walkthrough, and some light market talk.
Second round was two virtual interviews with advisors. More client-scenario based (handling tough clients, market volatility, etc.) plus basic macro and asset allocation questions. Final round was a virtual superday with three 30-minute interviews — heavy on fit, communication, and how you’d build and maintain client relationships long term.
Overall vibe was polished but not intimidating. Very client-focused, competitive, and sales-oriented.
