Granite Peak Partners, Inc. (GPP) was formed in 2003 by Bruce Savett and Pierre Tada; both accomplished real estate entrepreneurs with formidable track records. Their combined experience includes not only extensive investment over several real estate asset classes, but also new construction development, value add repositioning, property and operations management and advising.

The firm provides an expansive platform of commercial real estate services encompassing sponsored investment funds for high net worth (accredited) investors and advisory services for individuals and families that own substantial portfolios of real estate. GPP also provides in depth expertise in structuring and executing 1031 exchanges.

Our investment partners primarily comprise high net worth families, individual accredited investors, and select institutional joint ventures. Granite Peak Partners has grown to amass a portfolio of 23 properties accounting for more than $320 million of assets under management. We have a pool of over 250 loyal investment partners of which we are pleased that 62% have invested with us in multiple partnerships. Additionally, we currently advise on over $500 million in assets for Advisory Clients.

We oversee 1,100 multi-family apartment units throughout Denver, Seattle and California and over 500,000 square feet of industrial properties in Southern California. We enjoy close collaboration with industry management specialists overseeing outlying properties to provide economies of time and costs.
