Initial phone screening type of interview with the campus recruiter, whom I was put in contact with by an employee. I later had two separate Teams interviews. One with an MD and another with a partner. No specific technical questions, but more talking about technical knowledge through past internship experiences.
Interview Questions
I didn't realise how accounting-focused the job would be (I should have in retrospect), I was just thinking it was an IB adjacent.

I had an initial recruiter screen that was very straightforward, just about experience and why this role. Then I had a first round interview with 2 senior associates. Mainly just dug into background and asked a lot of questions about experience. No technicals. The next round would have been a take home case study.

Background Check
Interview
I had 2 back to back interviews. Both of them were behavioral. The first interview was with a partner and they asked me a lot of personality based questions and tell me about your self questions. The second interview was with a manager who I had spoken to in the past so it was a lot more relaxed. I got a call back from the manager 3-4 weeks later with an offer. I networked with a lot of the associates and the manager the summer before I applied and I am pretty sure that got my resume through the initially screening and got me an interview.
Interview Questions
Nothing unexpected was asked. Just the basic why do you want to work here, tell me about a time..., why do you want to do valuation.
