The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

Submitted resume through my university's career website. A few weeks later, I received an email from an HR representative to schedule a phone interview with a trader. During the interview, I was asked rapid fire mental math questions as well as a few simple probability questions. I recommend brushing up on techniques for doing quick mental math problems.
Interview Questions
What is the probability of drawing 2 or more heads from 3 coin tosses?

This is equivalent to 1 - (the probability of drawing a 3 tails), which is 1 - 1/8 = 7/8
We are playing a game of Russian roulette. I place 3 bullets in the chamber, which can hold a maximum of 6 bullets. I spin the chamber, place the gun to my head and pull the trigger. It was a blank. Now I hand you the gun. What is your strategy? Should you (a) fire the next shot in sequence (b) spin the chamber before firing?

Under (a) the probability that the next space does not contain a bullet is 2/5, whereas under (b) the probability is 1/2. Choose (b) to maximize your likelihood of survival.
Same game of Russian roulette, except this time you specifically see that all 3 bullets were loaded adjacent to each other inside the chamber. Does your strategy change?

Yes. Try to visualize this. There are only three positions that the chamber could take that would place a blank in the barrel. Since the bullets and the blanks are adjacent to each other, only one of these positions will have a bullet at the next spot in sequence. So, firing the next shot in sequence will give 2/3 odds of survival. This is an improvement over spinning the barrel.
