Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume through my university's career website. A few weeks later, I received an email from an HR representative to schedule a phone interview with a trader. During the interview, I was asked rapid fire mental math questions as well as a few simple probability questions. I recommend brushing up on techniques for doing quick mental math problems.
