Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I sent an email and expressed interest to a current employee. They gave me the email of a VP, and I then spoke to him. We talked a few times on the phone. This was more of a fit-interview process. Then, I came in and met with him one-on-one. After this, I was asked to come meet with him and the CEO, Brian Greenberg. I sat in with him and the VP, Shawn and discussed my resume and my interest in the company. After that, I got an offer to work there (as an intern).
