Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through the Freshminds' application page. There is a cover letter needed for the application with specific guidelines on how to write it. After the application and a first screening I was invited for a numerical test by Freshminds (Kenexa test). After two weeks I was invited for a telephone interview, which was competency-based and with some industry specific questions.
