Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was very excited to receive an interview with Greenhill in SF with a very small office. I had one interview with one of their associate bankers. The interview was extremely fit heavy as the firm believes they can teach people to be great investment bankers. It seems like the best way in would be networking with one of the professionals. They have some great senior bankers in the office who bring in a lot of business for the firm.
