Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 phone screens then a super day invite; very technical but don't underestimate fit. overall a pretty nice group of people though the exit opps from GHL tend to be more PE-oriented for the most part relative to other advisory shops. probably ranks a cut below Laz/EVR/BX/PWP and in that centerview sort of range. recommend it as an upper tier boutique.
