Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruited through a talent consulting firm. Firstly submitted a cover letter and resume. 1300 applications for 12 summer positions. Then took online numeracy test. Then, was invited to first-round phone interview lasting 15 minutes - mostly behavioural questions. Then, was invited to a second-round interview face-to-face - around 90 made it to this stage. Then, was invited to a final-round of 20 people. Consisted of 4 interviews with an MD, a VP, an Associate and an Analyst. Received offer same day.
