Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online 2 days after they opened (August), invited to numerical test, completed it. Received a telephone interview invite for October. The interview was conducted by an outside company (Freshminds), they outsource it. Pretty standard competency based questions. I got rejected afterwards. The process is highly selective (online app --> test --> telephone interview --> 1 to 1 with recruiting agency --> AC with Greenhill) and they only have 6-7 spaces so it's vicious.
