Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first interview was with two employees. One of them focused only on personality/fit and the other asked the technical questions. Technical questions were tough because they were different from the typcial questions in most guides. Got the call for second round the same night of the first interview.
Final round was scheduled for 1 hour. Ended up only being about 25 minutes and was only behavioral/fit.
Culture appeared to be very good. Everyone I met with seemed extremely smart and they'd be able to tell if you were being dishonest or just regurgitating generic answers that you had memorized.
