First they send a math IQ assessment, mostly mental math and pattern recognition, 80 questions in 8 min. Next, if you score well enough, you take a personality test to see if you are fit for the industry. Once you pass that, it is an automated video interview where they record you answering mental math, brainteasers, probability and stat questions. After that it was a phone interview with similar type technical questions. I was off site so the final super day was Skype interview with 3 traders, one option focused, one value focused, one math focused.
