Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process lasted only a few weeks. Had a first round phone interview with two analysts. Recruiting took place on campus. Interview basically consisted of fit questions; looking to see if you had a general interest in vc, if you understood their investment philosophy, kept up to date with tech news and vc news. Basic fit questions like walk me through your resume, why vc, why Greenspring, etc... No real technical questions other than what I thought of their fund's strategy.
