Dropped Resume/Cover Letter to OCR and got a first round interview.
First Round Interview: Interviewer gave a comprehensive background of the company and asked some basic questions related to what they did. No questions really that used the STAR format, but asked questions from the perspective of a fund manager or venture investor.
Second Round Interview: 2-on-1 phone interview with senior management. Again, no STAR behaviorials, but was behaviorial. Questions on motivations and why venture capital and kept prodding.

TIP: They are not looking for investment banking type people, focus on your passion in venture capital and if you couldn't do VC, you would do something operationally related at maybe a startup/tech company instead of IBD. Also, the first round interviewer told me that 80% of my time would be spent on direct investments, although according to the partners I would only spend less than 20% of my time on direct investments and that has to be earned first, most of their analysts don't do that. So expect a pure FoF role for awhile until you earn your way to work on Direct Investments side, which is a letdown given their description seems to make it 50% FoF 50% DI.
