Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I dropped my resume and cover letter on my university's site. I was interviewed by an analyst and associate. It was overall really straightforward. Do note, this company is a funds of funds firm, not direct investment firm. Greenspring makes investments into other funds such as a16z and KPCB.
