Applied for the role through my school's handshake page. Had a phone interview with the VP of their industrial team. After that, I had another phone interview with one of their MDs. After that, I was invited to come down to Austin for a Superday. The Superday consisted of several interviews with different members of the team and a breakfast with the other candidates in the morning.
