Applied for the role through my school's handshake page. Had a phone interview with the VP of their industrial team. After that, I had another phone interview with one of their MDs. After that, I was invited to come down to Austin for a Superday. The Superday consisted of several interviews with different members of the team and a breakfast with the other candidates in the morning.

Interview
Had an initial phone screening with a VP. Said that all 1st years had to report to Charleston and that satellite offices were not an option but could be later on if stayed there for a couple of years. Mostly fit, asked some basic technical questions e.g NOI. Asked if any experience with construction or understanding of the development process. All in all seemed fair.

Got an e-mail from the recruiter, who set up the interview a few days after initial contact. Met with group of the regional managers and the on site team, pretty seamless process and mostly behavioral questions/tell me about yourself asked.
Interview Questions
Not at all. Most of what the talent acquisition asked about were educational background questions/asking why I wanted the role. Very standard process.

Interview
The interview/hiring process was quick and took about 3 weeks. All interviews were conducted over a video interview format. The first interview was a 30 minute interview with an analyst. The next interview with with an analyst, director, and MD. They really just wanted to get to know me to see if I would be a good fit for their team.
Interview Questions
None of the questions were too difficult. One question they asked was about my experience with real estate and some qualities that are important in multifamily real estate.

Interview
I've only finished the first round, but it wasn't too bad. Mostly fit based questions and questions on my experience
Interview Questions
I think the hardest questions were pretty basic, to be honest. They had questions regarding recent deals they had been under, including an acquisition of a New York developer (which was especially weird because I was interviewing for their Charleston office). Questions like why real estate, walk me through your resume, etc. In the end none of the questions were even a little bit technical, it was extremely easy and if you study behavioral questions and have a little background it wont be difficult.
