Applied online, Contacted by HR a month later and had quick 15 min preliminary interview ahead of first round interview. First round interview was with 2 senior managers in two seperate teams for 1hr over teams. Second round is a 3hr modelling test which was harder than the typical an1 case studies youd find online. Third round is a 1:1 interview with MD, 1hr mainly conversational and motivational/strengths.
