The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
After recruiter's initial screen, interview process at the firm was short and sweet. Only 1 round, but I had a group interview in addition to one on one interviews (about 3-4). Basically spent the entire afternoon, first interviewing and then meeting the rest of the team (2 of the more junior members or my would-be colleagues).
I believe I was interviewing towards the end of the process, so perhaps that is why I only had one round, but concentrated.
Work culture has changed a bit since BX's acquisition.
Interview Questions
Mostly questions relating to transactions I had worked on and detailed questions about my modeling experience. Did you build a 3-statement model? How did you model the sale-leaseback portion (one of my transactions had this scenario so they asked for specifics after I mentioned it in an earlier question)?

Interview
The process consisted of interviews with the entire senior team, spread over three rounds and 1+ month. Fairly typical process for these types of roles, with a handful of technical questions, pitching my top ideas, and walking through my previous deal experience, with the later rounds being generally fit and sell.
Interview Questions
What trends are you seeing in bond and loan covenants, and which do you care most about?

Just looking to see if you're up to speed and understand how to think about them.
Talk about a trade you got wrong, why did you get it wrong, and what did you learn?

Talked about a trade that made sense on a micro level but didn't work out because of an unexpected macro shock.
