Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Beginning with a first round interview with 1 analyst, the interview focused on my resume/experience, very basic behaviorals (TMAY etc.) and very basic technicals (How does leverage amplify returns, what is the CoE). I then moved onto the second round where 2 analysts interviewed me with essentially the same difficulties in terms of behaviorals and technicals as my first round. Finally, I moved onto the Superday where it was 6 20 minute interviews mostly behavioral/conversational focused.
