Setup appears very disorganised. Interview process began in March 2014 and didn't conclude until June 2014 due to excessive gaps between rounds and several postponements. The first round involved three rooms with two interviewers in each room - brainteasers room, general personality room and accounting room. I found each stage to be of average difficulty, some prep on general accounts was needed and quite a few brainteasers were popular examples found online. The majority of the interviewers seemed obnoxious and unfriendly.

The second round consisted of a case study which required assessing a company to see whether its debt constituted a buy or sell recommendation. This involved getting my head around a massive excel model which required the company's financial information to be inputted, reading approx. 1,200 pages of documents and writing a 4,000 word recommendation note on the company's debt for a presentation in a weeks time. The process was very unorganised with little or no real guidance. The presentation itself consisted of very opaque questions.

Overall, I found the first round to be relatively easy. The second round presentation was a mess and if it's a guidance of what it's like to work in that office any offer I might have received would have been rejected.
