Sent in a CV and cover letter through campus recruiting. About a two weeks later I heard back and was brought in for an interview/assessment day the following week. It consisted of three interviews: technical, brainteasers, personal. It was pretty standard IB interview. In the technical portion one of the VPs was purposefully trying to stress you and be antagonistic, the rest of the interviewers were far less confrontational.
