What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step was the resume screening - make sure you drop your resume and network.
Next step was 1st rounds on campus - pretty in-depth O&G technicals (they literally said these are MBA level questions), but know enough to where they can prod you in the right direction.
Next is an invitation to the Superday prefaced by a dinner the night before.
The superday was not really organized since many people had to sub in and were late on calls, etc. It lasted around 3 hours and you get to chat with most of the office (junior - Senior level).
