Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the interview after doing a resume drop through OCR. They flew down an associate who was in GP's TMT group. My interview was surprisingly technical in comparison to my peers who interviewed with GP that day. I assume that it is because I had M&A experience from the past summer. Quite frankly he was not interested in my banking experience since it wasn't with a TMT group even though it was for a generalist position.
