Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Guggenheim came to my university a few times to host networking events for students. Students who applied on their website were then screened (and it seemed to be based a lot on how much networking had been done). These students were then directly invited to an in-person superday at the office. The superday consisted of three interviews, the first with an analyst (technical). If you passed this technical round, you would move on to two behavioral rounds with more senior individuals at the firm.
