Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A connection at the bank refers my resume to the team. HR reached out to me and invited me to a superday in NY. Superday consists of 3 rounds of interviews. The first one is all technical, took me about 45 minutes. You have to pass this one in order to move on to the next 2. Last 2 rounds are behavioral/market knowledge mixed
