I applied through on campus recruiting and had a phone interview with an alum while I was abroad. It was a very quick process. The phone interview was the first week with the superday the following week. During the phone interview, there was nothing technical asked. The interviewer just wanted to understand in greater detail why I decided to do certain things on my resume. It wasn't difficult.
