What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with a few alumni at the firm and got a first-round interview for the diversity program. 30 minutes and purely technical. Got invited to super day over the phone and it consisted of two 30 minute behavioral interviews that were basically conversations with a few technicals here and there. Basically know the guides very well for the first round and the second round will depend more on what your resume looks like and how closely you're following companies/deals/current events.
