Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through Handshake. First round consisted of a 30 minute phone call with an MD--questions were a mix of behavioral and more technical stuff like my opinion on the market/Bloomberg terminal functions. Second round was a video interview with the head of Investment research. Lasted about 40 minutes and was almost completely about fed policy and other macro-trends. Last round was a simple HR screening interview with the head of talent acquisition. Got the offer a few days later.
