Phone Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Behavioral Based and 1-2 Technical Questions. You will first do a phone interview. Following this, if called back, you will be invited to do in-person interviews. I interviewed with 5-6 people separately. Overall, the interviewers were very friendly but also very serious about the industry and if I was passionate and interested with the industry. I would recommend to know the fundamentals of fixed income products and what is going on in the economy and markets.
