Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very quick and responsive. I was referred by an SMD who was from my same city in MN and was from my college. I got my superday email around May-June to fly out to NY for a quick one day first round & superday. Everything happened within a day. First inperson round was all technicals and I was reinvited on the same day to the office for the superday, which was weird. It was a strangely quick process because they invited ~200 ppl in the span of two days for two different superday rounds (each candidate was called in for one of two days to complete the process).
