1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through the Guggenheim website and go to a non target. I was picked to interview with them. 1st round was in their office with one technical that was more than I was expecting. Different from interview guides. Didn't pass that stage but the next stage would've been two fit/behavioral interviews. The interviewer was quite friendly and we had a conversation going but I just couldn't answer some of the technical questions.
