Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with a 1:1 interview at my school's career center through OCR. Moved on to final round the following week at their HQ in NYC. There were 4 rounds of 2:1 interviews. Every interviewer was pretty similar in the way they asked questions. Starts off with "tell me about yourself" and digs deeper into your resume. Second half is technical questions (valuation etc). They leave a lot of time for you to ask questions at the end to make the interview more conversational so definitely come with prepared questions.
