Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was accepted to the Guggenheim diversity program (which I had applied to around 3 months prior) and as part of the program, participants were invited to interview with the firm for summer analyst positions. I attended a phone interview one day, then was called back in the following morning for a superday that afternoon. The phone interview consisted of "tell me about yourself" and then finance technicals. The superday was two 30 minute interviews, all behavioral. I received a call that night informing me of the offer. The firm is really entrepreneurial, growing quickly, and the senior people are extremely kind and willing to help out. I thought the firm had a great culture and the people were really kind.
