Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Apply in the normal time frame in early spring. I got my super day email without having the first round; not sure if that is how it is for everyone. They fly you out to the office for the super day where you have a first round in the morning that is strictly technical. Then you go to lunch and wait for a call to find out if you made it to the next round which is two behavioral with senior bankers. Simple questions with some situational questions. Technicals were everything you'd expect, but pretty hard. Some questions about dividend recaps and LBOs and cost of debt/equity. Other than those, all the expected ones and some accounting stuff.
