Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online to Guggenheim's Capital Structure Advisory group. An associate reached out to me saying that they would like to offer me a thirty minute technical first-round interview. He asked me to send him a few times that worked for me in the next week and the interview was scheduled for the very next day. He asked me to introduce myself and jumped right into the technical questions. He asked me why RX, difference between chapter 7 and chapter 11. Asked me what automatic stay was. He asked me what would happen to the financial statements if there was an asset write up. What would happen to the financial statements when deferred revenue decreases. Asked me one long windfall question at the end of the interview that I did not know how to answer. The interviewer was nice.
