Summer Analyst

Guggenehim just had a super day. There were no first round interviews. Superday had 3 interviews. Morning was a 30-minute technical interview. 100 students were invited to the morning interview and superday overall. If you move on from there, you get a phone call inviting you to the afternoon interviews. 50 students moved on from the morning. Afternoon interviews were 2 1 on 1 interviews with MDs and SMDs. The 2 afternoon interviews were all behavioral. 25 students were extended offers at the end of the afternoon. Received a phone call that same day from my interviewer.

Culture is great. Everyone was super friendly and energetic in my interviews and networking. I’ve also heard WLB is pretty good compared to other banks. Seniors want analysts to be successful and learn. Compensation is fantastic as well just below Q/EVR/CVP.
