Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was engaging and comprehensive, starting with a writing assessment followed by a 5-interview super day. The night before included a dinner with the team, which helped set a welcoming tone. The interviews covered a range of topics, including technical discussions about a public company’s 10-K to assess high-level financial understanding and a deal presentation on a chosen transaction. The people were genuinely kind, making the experience both challenging and enjoyable overall.
