Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted online early January. Heard back mid-January for first round which was RX/IB technicals and accounting questions and no behaviorals really. Heard back for second round after a week and it a pure behavioral conversation type interview super chill. Then I had a third round the following Monday which was just walking through a deal and mostly behavioral chit chat. Heard back the same day for superday and flew out to NYC at the end of the week. Superday was 4 back to back interviews consisting of a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Found out I got offer a few hours later.
