Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiting from a top MBA program, the hiring process involved the company reaching out to leads of the MBA investment banking club to provide contact information at the bank. We then had multiple "coffee chats" with current bankers and attended one networking happy hour. The interview consisted of five, 30 minute interviews. Three were behavioral or asking about previous work experiences, one was a discussion based on a pre-read company 10-K that was provided, and one was a PowerPoint presentation on a recent deal. The bankers were all welcoming and positive. No gotcha questions and was very straightforward.
