R2: tech screen 30min (nothing crazy, questions similar to what you'd find in the BIWS 400q)
R3: two b2b 30min informationals w/SMD and MD (mostly behavioral, asked a few conceptual techs)
R4: Superday (30min tech screen in morning with AS, two b2b 30min behavioral screens in afternoon with SMD/MD/VP
